Losing Weight:

Water. Drink it. Learn to love it. Drink some more.

Consume protein; it prevents hair loss, muscle atrophy, and fatigue

Sit up straight

Fidget

Don't eat anything bigger than your fist

When you have to eat, fill up on water and fruits/veggies

Eat an egg for breakfast

Get plenty of sleep

Only eat breakfast, then small snacks

Eat a snack every hour, separating the food groups. Once you've gone through all the food groups, you're done for the day

Take very hot or very cold showers

Keep yourself distracted

Don't eat anything that has "hydrogenated" or "partially hydrogenated" anything! (it causes cellulite)

If sugar, salt, or fat of any kind is in the first 3 ingredients, don't eat it

Exercise, even when you don't want to. Once you get into it, you'll want to keep going

Cut added sugar out of your diet entirely

Fast with a cause (Christianity- fasting & prayer and, yes, I'm a Christian)

Throw out all foods high in fat except olive/vegetable oils

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil on/in any breakfast food that would taste ok with it; you need fat to survive, and olive oil keeps you (looking) healthy

Only eat when someone is watching

Use your mind; think of something disgusting your food resembles

Take a full plate of food, then only eat half and save the rest for "later". Throw it out when everyone else goes to bed.

Write down EVERYTHING you eat

Take in olive oil- it may be fat, but it helps you to burn calories

Taking in fiber and protein together can help you to stay full longer
