Secrecy:
Hide everything where no one will think to look
Clear Internet history and delete cookies
Eat in front of people
Don't talk about food
Don't talk about weight
Make food for other people- "eat" a little, and spit it out when you go to the kitchen to get some water
Spread food around to make it look like you've eaten
"Share" your food with the dog by "spilling" some food on the table- can't eat it now
Convince others and yourself that your stomach growling is from having eaten something recently
Drink plenty of water, tea, juice, or skim milk
Water down everything you drink; it lasts longer, you have more, with the same number of calories (or less) per serving
Look at magazines with "disgust" and shake your head at all the thin models, talking about how sorry you feel for them
Be the nicest, most responsible person ever (it feels good to hear your parents and teachers talk about how you're such a pleasure)
I know it's hard, but don't seclude yourself
Tell people you're not in the mood to eat, or that you're not hungry
Be happy. If you're not happy, pretend.
Do things that will put you in a good mood
